Building Stracture

Reinforced concrete, according to the current Eurocode for building seismic design.

Masonry

1. Exterior walls of perforated Thermal brick 25 cm thick
2. Interior partition walls made of perforated bricks 10 cm thick
3. Certified Exterior Wall Thermal Insulation System (thermal insulation type) according to the European Technical Directive ETAG 004. This system offers improved thermal insulation as it covers all surfaces by reducing thermal bridges.
4. The roof of the building will also be insulated to meet energy efficiency requirements.
5. Exterior wall contacts surfaces: decorative with elastic acrylic plaster (graffiti type).
6. Wall surfaces inside the building: plaster, spatula and 3 layers emulsion paint.
7. Ceilings: spatula and emulsion paint.

Aluminum Frames:

All the exterior frames of the apartments will be of high-quality aluminum frame and thermal insulation double-glazing glass. Attention given to the high soundproofing and thermal insulation properties of the aluminum frames, with emphasis on modern aesthetics and functionality. External electrically driven shutters will be installed in the bedrooms.

Floors:

Indoors: High quality Granite Ceramics and Parquet to be chosen from our suppliers at their show room.

Exterior: Granite type ceramics made in Spain and Italy, chosen from the Developer and not to be changed due to external appearance uniformity of the building.

Wall Cladding:

The entire surface of the bathroom walls and part of the kitchen walls will be covered with granite-type ceramics made in Italy and Spain.

Sanitary Ware:

High quality sanitary tile ware from well-known factories in Italy and Spain. Granite-type ceramics with dimensions of 60X60cm, bathroom mixer, washbasin mixer, bathtub, sitting toilet bowl, towel hangers, faucets (mixer) and kitchen troughs.

Kitchen Furniture:

High quality Kitchen benchtops and cabinets are fully equipped with high quality water mixers and trough sink. In all the kitchens, Granite benchtops will be applied.

Wash basin furniture:

All toilets will be fitted with basin furniture made of melamine.

Wardrobes:

The interiors of the cabinets and the doors will be made of melamine plate. Door handles will be the Buyer's choice and are not included.

Internal Doors:

High standard interior flat doors made of melamine.

Exterior apartment doors:

Fireproof exterior door with metallic lining and door security hinges. Includes fire damper, safety lock and knob set.

Plumping Installation:

Each apartment will be installed with a separate water meter. Pipe in Pipe type tubes will be installed for hot, cold and drinking water. Solar pressure water heater, electric water heater, 90 – 150 liters water tank and pressure system will be installed at the roof for each apartment. Separated toilet drainage pipes with the basin and kitchen water drainage pipes will be applied in order to avoid fumes and smells to reenter the apartments. Also Underfloor heating will be installed on every apartment with Heat pump 5kw.

Elevator:

KONE or Schindler or similar.

Electrical installation:

1. The electrical installation will comply with all the terms of the Cyprus Electricity Authority.
2. Installation of telephone line with telephone points in all rooms.
3. Central TV antenna system with supply points in all rooms.
4. Sufficient socket outlets in all rooms.
5. Video door entry system at the main entrance of all apartments.
6. Automatic lighting at entrances, corridors, and parking lots.
7. Each apartment will have its own electronic main lighting switch controlled from mobile phones.
8. Each apartment will have an electronic timer-switch controlled from mobile phones for hot water for significant electricity savings.
9. Central Ethernet (Internet) system with access points in all bedrooms.
10. Electricity Feus for one bedroom flat 40A and for the two-bedroom flat three face electricity with 3 30A fuses.

Provisions for:
