This heritage stone house is situated in the main core of the traditional and picturesque village of Skarinou. The property is listed as a traditional preserved house and is renovated and restored according to the government's rules and regulations about Cypriot heritage buildings.

The characteristic features of the property are: original stone walls 60 cm thick, heavy big entrance door, indoor arch, outdoor internal space, small openings in the walls,  ceilings made of reed and olive wood;  and wooden beams. These are typical features of ancient Greek architecture.

On the ground floor the property consists of  living area; open plan kitchen with a dinning area; 1 bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bath and a shower cabin.  The doors of the living area, bathroom and bedroom open to the inner courtyard.

On the second floor there is a studio with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Access to a small wooden roofed balcony and the studio is through an external staircase, positioned in the courtyard opposite the stone façade. 

Skarinou village is located in Larnaca district on the driving network of the island and connects Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Due to its privileged geographical position, great climate and natural beauty it attracts interest of many foreigners and locals. It is known from its agrotourism. The village provides all essential services such as supermarket, taverns, coffee shop, bank and petrol station.
